Camunda and SiLA 2 a dream team for lab automation
Bioprocesses are part of many new pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, novel foods and renewable energy sources and is at the same time one of the industry fields that lags furthest behind in digitalization and automation. The combination of Camunda and SiLA2, the open standard for communication between laboratory devices, makes it possible to automate laboratory processes in the shortest time. In the HTBD group we have implemented fully and partially automated processes with Camunda and SiLA2, of which some examples are presented.
