Round Two. Ice Climbing season is fast approaching and many of you are doing drytooling sessions already. This event will allow you to do specific dynamic training which will get those muscles tuned up. Expect to spend an hour or two doing climbing laps on a high wall and you may also like to try specific excercises like pull ups and some crampon practice on a steep dirt hill with a loaded pack. Getting to the climb is often more excercise than the climbs themselves. Location is above and you must be signed in as a member to view Please dress appropriately and bring water too. You will be waitlisted as I check both experience and membership before putting you on the event. Beginners welcome.
