In large organisations (both public and private) one of the big hurdles to new thought and innovation is the fear of failure. This is something that induces psychological inertia that kills innovation.
Our aim is to create a platform where we can learn from each other through sharing of stories - stories of our failures, and how we overcame them to succeed.
Our area of focus is 'Service Design Innovation in Large Organisations' as such organisations have greater ability to create impact at scale. Ours is a small effort in making large organisations manage their service design innovation through this sharing and learning.
