Town Council Meetings- Time to say "The Emperor Has No Clothes"

The Phoenix March will be visiting their local town councils and we invite well-dressed, well-spoken representatives to join us.

Town Council meetings are filmed and aired on local public access stations. Those with time to watch (and vote) will be watching as we tell our local legislatures 'The Emperor Wears No Clothes' - the truth about marijuana.

This is a free community service that can give us great exposure if done in the proper manner.

Those who participate should wear their best courtroom attire, Share their own stories of how marijuana changed their lives or those around them, give some facts you know to be true, or read from a prepared document.

Avoid loud voices, swearing, and slang. Please do not come in 'pot shirts' as this will further add to the stereotypes we are fighting against. 420 attire is fun when it's just us, but not when presenting ourselves to the public.

Our best contributions will be used (with permission) in a series of YouTube videos telling the truth online and in links sent to those who may be able to forward our agenda.

"The Emperor Wears No Clothes" is a reference to Jack Herer's book on uses, history, and prohibition of marijuana.
Read the book online at :

Gilbert Town Council meeting : November 15th at 7PM

Phoenix Town Council meetings, procedure, and dates will be discussed at the next Phoenix March luncheon, November 7th, and posted thereafter.

We encourage everyone to research their own hometown council agendas and participate on your own. If you would like to use your clip in our compilation, please send us a link. ♥
Your medical testimonies are always welcome as well.

Although my wife and I are going through a bout of the flu, we 'will' be there with you in spirit!
I personally believe this is EXACTLY what the public needs, in the exact same manner which Kathy is suggesting to all of us. Most people who are against legalizing marijuana do not understand exactly 'who' is using it for pain relief as well as many other useful purposes.
I hope you get a great turn out. Peace
