Do you enjoy paddling, Yoga, or both? Come out and try our Intro To SUP, Yoga or SUP yoga classes. We offer a variety of classes on land or on the water. This is the perfect place to test the waters of SUP Yoga if you have never tried it before. We provide the boards and warm water, all we need is you! This class is great for strengthening core muscles, improving balance and quieting the mind. Why not dedicate some time for yourself and try something new?
