What we're about

The Cape Cod Meditation Circle of Self-Realization Fellowship was formed in 2012 with the purpose of bringing spiritual aspirants together to promote their spiritual growth through group meditation and spiritual fellowship. We welcome all to a sanctuary of Peace with which to help balance meditation and activity in our daily lives and to share and practice the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. The prime goal of SRF and the Cape Cod Meditation Circle is to bring devotees together to seek God, not just to give glimpses of God through words but to enable sincere aspirants to know Him through direct experience.

Group meditation is a castle that protects the new spiritual aspirants as well as the veteran meditators. Meditating together increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group by the law of invisible vibratory exchange of group magnetism. For more detailed information about group meditation please visit: Seeking God Together (http://www.yogananda-srf.org/Seeking_God_Together.aspx#.VN5Tuy5O1Zg)

We extend a warm welcome to all and since yoga is based on practice and experience rather than on adherence to a particular set of beliefs, followers of all religions can benefit from the spiritual teachings and meditation techniques practiced by SRF. See Services (http://capecodmeditation-srf.org/services/) for weekly Devotional and Meditation Service times, location and directions.
