What we're about

Public Group

This Meetup is awesome - for the curious, the health seeker, the newcomer, the raw vegan enthusiast or the American eater who wishes to throw off the shackles of old conditioning and forge a new path into optimal well-being and compassion. We come together for fun, support and education. We have potlucks, movies, classes, special speakers/events and chefs. Our group is open-minded and inter-generational, and generally 15 to 35 people come. (Do some of us eat cooked food? Yes, of course we do, and especially in the winter time. However for optimal cellular health, we love eating raw, vegan - unprocessed, fresh food). We promote conscious awareness! Hope you join us soon!
