Mindful meditation allows you to ‘come back to yourself’ by paying attention to what is happening in the present moment. By engaging all of our senses, learning to be present, cultivating self compassion and a gentle awareness, we can find greater fulfilment and wellbeing throughout our lives.

A weekly, no-nonsense guided meditation session for busy women who could do with taking a pause. Mindful meditation allows you to ‘come back to yourself’ by paying attention to what is happening in the present moment.
