This is a great place. Here's what they say about themselves:
DRAM + MORSEL is DESIGNED TO INCORPORATE THE APPEAL OF INDUSTRIAL ELEGANCE, A COMMUNAL ATMOSPHERE, AND A RELAXED, MORE CONNECTED DINING EXPERIENCE. THE CONCEPT WAS INSPIRED BY THE AURA OF METROPOLITAN BOUTIQUE HOTEL LOBBIES.
Take a look at the reviews below to get some ideas.
This popular restaurant features tapas style dishes, broken into four menu categories: Snacks, Greens, Bites, and Sliders. Favorite items include meat pies; pretzel bites; burger-, chicken- & veggie-sliders; and chicken wings. The menu also includes a variety of craft cocktails with exotic names as Secret Garden, Social Butterfly, and Green Lipstick.
There are a few footnotes about this restaurant you should be aware of, although nothing much to deter hardy skiers! Dram + Morsel shares a 3-story building with two other restaurants/bars; D+M is on the third floor of the building. (The Husk is on the first floor and YoSake is on the second floor.) There is a stairway leading from the first to the third floor however, for those of you who would like to save their energy for the slopes, there is an elevator on the Dock Street side at the back of the building.

We went to Dram and Morsel for the first time last night and I regret that we haven’t been sooner. It is on the third floor above Yosake’ and Husk in downtown Wilmington. We ordered the friend cauliflower and the Veggie Flatbread, which it turns out is a Margherita pizza. Both were amazing! We had never had fried cauliflower before and the seasoning was so delicious that we ordered a second helping. My husband enjoyed the peanut butter pie, but it wasn’t something that I enjoyed. The basil and tomatoes on the flatbread were fresh and wonderful. The staff was very friendly and we will definitely be back.

Came here to have some tapas and drinks. It was a great atmosphere at dinner time. We all just order a bunch of different tapas and shared. It's a great place to go and try a variety of different foods without leaving over stuffed. The creme brûlée is to die for! It's a MUST if you come here! My favourite dish were the shishito peppers and the fried cauliflower. We ate everything so fast, the only thing I could take a photo fast enough of, were the peppers.
