Cardio Drumming incorporates all components of wellness~physical, mental, emotional and social. Cardio drumming combines rhythm of drums with the passion of movement and the love of good music. Not only is it fun and uses fitness, it allows for expression and creativity in the movements. On top of it all, it also is a wonderful stress releaser!
In cardio drumming, we use drum sticks to pound on a stability. We have great, upbeat, current music to exercise to.
Cardio drumming is a fitness program that uses the entire body, not just the arms. During class we have steps to focus on arms, legs and core to work and tone. This class is intended to make you sweat and enjoy exercise.On top of it all, all moves can be altered if too hard or out of your range of motion. Alternative moves are available. This program is good for all ages, genders, ability and health status.
