We all must work on teams. Many of us have experienced the delight of highly functional teams. Unfortunately, many of us have experienced the horrors of being part of a dysfunctional team. [From the recruiter's perspective, understanding how a potential candidate fits on a team is 1/3 of the process of deciding who to hire.]
One goal of Career-Confidence.org is to assist everyone to be part of well-functioning teams. A major part of it is to know where you fit on teams.
This highly interactive presentation shows how to improve your resume, LinkedIn profile and your interview skills by learning your team role preferences.
During small group activities, you'll experience your natural team role contributions, and how to productively interrelate and communicate with others.
You'll leave the presentation with tools to assess your fit on the team you'll be joining--and with increased self-appreciation and confidence.
We would love for all Career-Confidence.org alumni to help organizations function well.
Treat all our seminars as formal job interviews. Remember recruiters are almost always leading these seminars. Men should be in a suit and tie. Women should wear formal business attire. Bring several copies of your resume.
At the end of this seminar, there will be an 8-minute Christian story
