About The Panelist:

Susan Fletcher is a Career Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in career counseling and corporate sales. Susan is a Senior Consultant for Career Potential, LLC, a full service career development and transition consulting firm. She specializes in helping organizations and individuals with career development, job search strategies and outplacement services. Recently she completed a three-year project at CareerLink in Norristown, PA., delivering job search workshops and conducting one-on-one career coaching.

Karen Huller, author of the upcoming book Laser-sharp Career Focus: Pinpoint your Purpose and Passion in 30 Days, is founder of Epic Careering, a career management firm specializing in the income-optimizing power of social media and personal branding, as well as JoMo Rising, LLC, a workflow gamification company that turns work into productive play. Karen was also one of the first LinkedIn trainers and is known widely for her ability to identify new trends in hiring and personal marketing.

Ken Sher is an Executive, Career and Life Coach who focuses on the whole person when helping with both professional or personal issues that you may be trying to manage. He spent nearly 25 years at Johnson & Johnson in various capacities, including Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership, Sales Training, Leadership Development and the J & J Sales Recruiting department

Michael Chiappinelli, RICP®, ChFC®, MBA, is a Financial Planner and Senior Vice President with Karr Barth Associates/AXA Advisors and a member of Bala Financial Strategies in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Michael and his team work with individuals, families and closely held businesses to provide financial guidance and strategies for: investments, insurances, estate planning, business continuation and benefits. He has an MBA from Pace University and a BBA from James Madison University. Michael has been a featured speaker at Career Networking Group, Montgomery County, Career Concepts, Philadelphia-Area Great Career Group, Philadelphia Career Connections, Right Management, Villanova University and Business Executive Network Group.
