Good morning,

I've created a few different polls, all relate to the same question.  Would you like to do some upscale type of events.  I'm guessing that out of the 400 plus members some people would prefer to have a different experience than a regular happy hour.  Let's look at this group as your group.  Just make a suggestion and I will help organize what ever type of events the group would like.  Some of the more upscale events I'm suggesting would require a pay in advance commitment.  If we want some local establishments to host us we have to have a strong commitment.  Paying in advance is the only way.

One event in particulare sounds like a good time

Jazz music in America has become such a standard that some people forget how fun, sexy and rebellious it was when it first came into being over a century ago. Please join a few hand-selected artists and me at the World Famous House of Blues Foundation Room.  We'll share an evening of Jazz that will revive your image of the genre while keeping you entertained at the same time. - Ace Micheals, Executive Producer

"The Martini Jazz Show" is a speakeasy event that features live jazz era music, hilarious comedy, classy burlesque dance and sexy costumed character actors. Each show will highlights costumed Jazz era performers and musicians that recall the era and famous films like 'Cabaret", "Chicago", " Cotton Club" and more. Our show highlights famous hit songs by Cole Porter, Ira Gershwin, Stephen Sondheim, Glen Miller, Benny Goodman and many others. It's like re-living an evening of famous singers like Ella Fitzgerald, Dinah Washington, Lena Horne, Rosemary Clooney, Frank Sinatra, Louis Prima, Cab Calloway, Julie London and countless more than you can imagine. Jazz is the music that helped shaped American music and performance what it is today.

Wardrobe: Cool hip Jazz era tuxedos, double breasted suits with pinstripes, fedoras, feather boas, satin gloves, lace, lipstick fishnets, etc.

Have a great day!
