Your To Do List If You Are Going On This Backpack:
Buy ferry tickets for Saturday, Jan. 14.
    https://www.cumberlandislandferry.com/
It leaves at 9 a.m. You have to be there by 8 a.m.

Figure out how you are getting to St. Mary’s in time to catch the ferry.
If you are staying the night before, I recommend: http://www.riverviewhotelstmarys.com/

Prices are reasonable, less than $100, and you can buddy up with someone else to share the cost of the room. It is across the street from the ferry. If you want to carpool with someone start asking. I’m not sure what time we’ll leave on Friday. Others can share when they plan to go.

Get your equipment together. There are many raccoons and armadillos on this island. They are waiting in anticipation for you to arrive with goodies. Bring a rope or something to secure your food and bag. They are not shy.

    I’ll post more later.
