The essense of this life

Shantideva, the great Indian master from the 8th century, wrote a seminal text on the Buddhist path.  It condenses in a short manualhow to extract the essence of this life and find peace and joy through all our lives.  It's a wonderfully evocative text that has provided guidance to countless practitioners through the ages.  H.H. the Dalai Lama has said that everything he has learned has come from this text and he reads at least a bit of it every day.

We'll use a very recent translation by a Western master, Ven. Rene Feusi, who has spent years in meditation on this text and infuses his own wisdom in the translation.  Here's a link to it:

Hope you'll join us.  Like the text, which can be picked up and read at any page, you can join us at any time.
