Stability & Fundamental: 26 Postures, Two Sets and two Breathing Exercises.The benefits of Bikram Yoga are endless. The 26 posture exercises move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, and restore all systems to healthy working order. Bikram Yoga also tones, strengthens and lengthens the muscles while strengthening the spine. It also improves overall circulation in the body. Bikram Yoga also promises to reduce the risk of sports injury, thereby achieving a relative relief from pain. Problems with physical alignment, osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, insomnia, both high and low blood pressure, and many other medical problems have known to be resolved for many through regular practice. Most importantly, you will learn to focus your mind and control your breathing, leading you to be calmer; this calmness will then help you reach a union of the body, mind and spirit.
All classes are taught by Bikram's certified Instructors.
