  • Medium Level: ~Fall Foliage Scenic Biking Through Suffield, CT~

    A Casual Bikers favorite since 2012 Parking accommodations are free thanks to Highland Park Market in Suffield. We'll meet on the left side of the parking lot as you face the store at 1:00 PM We will ride at a Medium Level pace of 10 mph. This pace tends to be too slow for road bikes. Hybrid and mountain bikes are better suited. This is not a flat ride and has plenty of moderate hills. There is one big hill but can be avoided if you wish by going around with a casual contingent. We'll be riding down roads such as Russell Ave. which has beautifully restored farms. Other destinations will be the Suffield Country Club, Suffield Academy and the historic district along North Main Street and North Street. The ride is about 4 hours long ( approximately 20 miles) and is conducted at a Casual Medium Pace of 10 MPH. Come and ride with us! We'd love to have you attend. Restrooms are located inside Geisslers Supermarket in the front of the store. The bike ride is approximately 20 miles total and will probably conclude around 5:00 PM Join us on a new bike ride on bicycle friendly streets and roads through residential neighborhoods and office complexes at a medium level pace of 10 MPH.
