Please have your bike in ready-to- ride condition. Tires should be pumped to maximum pressure written on the sidewall and also your gears and brakes should be in good working order. Please bring a spare tire tube in case of a flat.

The ride is approximately 20-24 miles and will conclude after 5 hours. Please allow the allotted time for the bike ride.

Please note: this is not a flat ride and it has more moderate hills than most of our other rides.

Hybrid and mountain bikes are recommended. We'll be riding on stone dust trails at Wadsworth Pond Park.

We will ride at a Medium Level pace of 10 mph. Our pace of 10 MPH is best suited for hybrid and mountain bikes and may be too slow for road bikes.
Please be sure to keep pace with the group and do not ride ahead of the group either.

Join us as we bike over the Arrigoni Bridge and bike a few Middletown side streets heading out towards Wesleyan University. The ride will be a loop and be mainly on bike friendly country and rural roads.

At Lyman Orchard we will take a break and one can purchase snacks and refreshments. On the return trip we will stop at Wadsworth Falls State Park. If we are up to it, we can bike down to Harbor Park and bike along River Rd. before returning to Portland.

After the ride we can relax and eat inside Melilli Café.
