Let's get together and rent some kayaks with some other meetup groups. We may be able to get a group rate if we rent enough kayaks but they charge $17/hour for 1 person kayak and $18/hour for a 2 person kayak.
Typically takes at least an hour or two but might take longer depending on your paddling speed and desire. This is a very calm river, very suitable for beginners.
If you don't have a car, you can take the commuter rail to Concord, according to Google it is about 10 minutes walk. There is a train that arrives around 9:15 am
A few of us might go over to Walden Pond afterwards to go swimming. If you're interested, bring a swimsuit.
We'll meet at the edge of the parking lot (free parking if you are renting a kayak)
Bring cash to pay for the boat.
