What we're about

Welcome to the Catalyst for Change: North Coast Ohio Adult ADHD Meetup!

• Do you have ADHD?

• Do you struggle with time management or organization?

• Do you feel unfocused? Overwhelmed?

If so, you're in the right place! At Catalyst for Change we're creating a supportive environment dedicated to helping you find a life that fits.

Our focus is:

• supporting each participant in learning about ADHD

• building awareness around how the participant's life is impacted by ADHD

• building a supportive adult ADHD community

Catalyst for Change: North Coast Ohio Adult ADHD Meetup is private, meaning your privacy is protected. Some of our participants may not want employers, friends or relatives to know about their ADHD. Because this group is private we ask that you submit your name and your type of ADHD / diagnosis date before your approval as a participant. Also because of privacy, we'll ask that you not share any information about any other participants that you learn on this site or during our Meetups. If you're good with this, fantastic!

We currently meet on Friday mornings approximately every 4-6 weeks. Please watch for Meetup notices and pay particular attention to location, date and time information.

The cost to attend a session is $5, payable at the beginning of each in person session. We use this money to offset the cost of having a Meetup account.

Catalyst for Change is the creation of Professional Organizer and ADHD/Productivity Coach Andrea Sharb, ACC, COC, CPO-CD and Time Strategy Visionary Lisa Mallis, MA, COC, ACC who are inspired and motivated to make a positive impact on the adult ADHD community.

Please note this is not a therapy group. As trained professional coaches, we understand and respect the line between therapy and coaching. Therefore, this Meetup will not focus on treating diagnosable conditions or working to "heal" the individual with ADHD.
