Cancelled: Litter Picking in a Canoe!
Note: Hi everyone, Now that summer is drawing to a close, Lower Regents Coalition will be moving their events to the last Sunday of every month (Oct 28th,[masked]pm). In the future, Cause Corps will also no longer be posting these events up on this meetup. Instead, if you're still keen on attending future canoe litter picks, do send an email to [masked] to subscribe to their newsletter. It's been great litter picking with you all! Hi Champions, Come and join Lower Regents Coalition and Moo Canoes for a clean up on the Limehouse Cut! You can take a canoe or kayak and clear up floating litter on the canal. The event will run from 5.30 pm until 8 pm, but don't worry about being a little late, turn up when you can. Just be aware that there is a limited number of kayaks/canoes and they are first come first serve - depending on how many other people show up, do be prepared to litter pick along the tow path instead! No swimming/canoeing experience will be required, as all safety equipment will be provided! Just wear suitable clothing for the weather. If you don't fancy paddling, come and litter pick along the tow path. Looking forward to seeing you there! Si Ning
