Why would you like to join CC?

Social and I love talking about books I have read

Who are your two favourite authors and why do you like them?

Too many to mention - I like anything that is well written

Please suggest three novels or short story collections you would like to discuss in future meetings. Include the author's name.

Wuthering Heights - Bronte - well worth a second/third/fourth or multiple read - each time new insights are gained The Book Thief - Markus Zusak - amazing.....and so different to read a ww2 story written about the germans rather than the brits. Interesting concept it being narrated by "death" Mr Pip - Lloyd Jones - another twist on Great Expectations (A Handful of Dust being another)
