Center “Makor” acts as community center providing free space and technical assistance with organizing cultural events to numerous local Russian, Jewish and Israeli groups and organizations who also participate in the development of programs for “Makor”. Those groups and organizations previously were not able to secure a place of their own for cultural and social events and programming. The Center is offering a plethora of new cultural opportunities and educational offerings affecting nearly every segment of the community. The Center, operating out of the Temple Bnai Moshe in Brighton, is open every day of the week except Saturdays. Makor engages hundreds of individuals each week in the CENTER’s activities forming for an example the nucleus of Russian-speaking Jewish community with a commitment to broader Jewish community and Israel. Our center provides all community groups or individuals with a high quality services and assistance Significantly increase the number of groups, families and individuals involve into social, cultural and communal life of the Jewish Community. Center Makor has all necessarily equipment, rooms, auditoriums and classes to accommodate needs of an individual or a group, as large as 800 people, for an event, party or a concert.
