All-levels yoga postures and teachings for the everyday person. Come learn the practice of yoga in simple language.
Yoga is a practice that helps us access a state of integration and wholeness inside ourselves. It is not just for the flexible, although it will build flexibility. It is not just for the meditator, although it will teach you to meditate. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.
Please bring your own mat if you have one. (Some loaners available.) Props are provided. Please show up on time. Doors will be locked soon after our practice begins to minimize disturbance.
Drop-ins welcome. The class is free with inspired love donations gratefully accepted. ($10 suggestion.)

"Since August 2012 I have been cultivating deeply devoted yoga and meditation practices. A Teacher Training Program soon followed as a way to unlock more doors to Self realization and Love. Yoga and Ayurvedic health continue to gift me ever expanding and amazing tools to work with on Life's path. In offering Yoga to our community, I enjoy instructing all ages and levels, with most emphasis on Alignment based, Gentle Flow and Restorative classes. My intention is to show up with authenticity in every moment, allowing space for others to Behold just who they are."
