Feels like its been a while since we've run at MdO. This run tends to map out around 6.75 miles, but somehow it ends up feeling more like 7.5, so just sayin'...
Still reclaiming my running legs. But feel free to arrive a little early to add on miles...
or there are options to cut it short as well - just run what you want to and double-back or shorter the loop down Oats Peak trail when we first intersect it.
