What we're about

Singing, breathing, moving, and focusing attention have gone together for a very long time. This group will meet to deepen breath, relax and make more flexible the body, calm the mind to allow it to focus, and explore many ways of vibration in chanting, singing, moving while singing, and focusing attention through sound infused yoga. Choral singers will find this group especially exciting.
