If you like to exercise with others, this is the group for you! With a focus, but not limit, on early am/pm (before and/or after typical Mon-Fri work day), the options are limitless! Whatever exercise can be done in a group of 2+ (preferably outside), post it! Some great options include walking, cycling, boot camp style drills, tennis, training for a run...anything you want!
If you RSVP, please do your best to attend or at least un-rsvp, as these groups will likely be small, and someone may be counting on you to exercise with them! :) See ya' out there!
