Come join us! This group has been holding very popular and successful meetings which have become "sold out" weeks in advance. To help alleviate the "crunch" we are now welcoming you to attend on Mondays or Tuesdays in order to create more opportunity.
Are you an entrepreneur/business owner looking to expand your network? Looking for a friendly networking meeting minus the rules and the high fees? We are a local group of self-starters and invite you to come join us!
Grab a bagel and come prepared to introduce yourself in 60 seconds-
Think about and prepare your 60 second introduction. You might want to write it down, memorize it, record yourself, practice it.
Brief, interesting intros are best. Get our attention through humor. Provide the bare minimum the other person needs to know. It was suggested that our first sentence be about 8 seconds long and contain a "hook" , "sizzle", or something else to grab our interest.
Today's topic: How do you stay motivated?
If you plan to attend, please RSVP.
We plan to adjourn at about 10:30.
If you sign up to attend this event, please treat it with the same attention as you would an individual appointment with someone. Being a "no show" is uncool.
Bring your enthusiasm and business cards.
The "Good to see you" things that Meetup just started posting are a cute idea but quickly got out of hand and clogged everyone's in-boxes with needless stuff. We have opted not to use them. To turn off this function, click on "Account" in the very upper right. Then "email and notification" then email and notification settings, then uncheck last item of the the top paragraph and save settings.
How about this: A collective " IT WAS GOOD TO SEE YOU-ALL OF YOU, EACH AND EVERY TIME NOW AND IN THE FUTURE"!
