The Centre for Inner Education and Meditation is a nonprofit organization made up of volunteers dedicated to the study and practice of meditation, ancient wisdom and self-knowledge.
We offer free weekly meditation classes on various topics, including: Mind, Body and Meditation; Pranayama, Breathing Techniques; Physical, Emotional and Mental Relaxation; Chakras, Mantras and Rejuvenation Exercises; Awakening of Consciousness, Ancient Wisdom and Self-Knowledge.
11:00 am Tibetan Yoga: a series of exercises aimed at:
- Rejuvenating and strengthening the body
- Restoring and enhancing vital and organic energies
- Activating the energy centers (chakras)
- Healing internal organs
What you need:
- Yoga mat
It would be best to eat your meals 2 hrs before class or 1 hr if it is a snack.
11:30 am Meditation: a 20-30 min guided meditation practice, at this level the main focus is to achieve deeper physical, emotional and mental relaxation through simple breathing techniques and mantras (rhythmic repetition of sounds). The door will be open 5 min before class starts, if you come early, please wait at the lobby on main floor. All classes are free! donations are appreciated. We look forward to seeing you in class!
