We've travelled through five of our energy centres and have entered the sixth, the Third Eye. This is the chakra of wisdom and the power of the Mind.
Some of the biggest challenges revolve around opening the mind. Here we are asked to re-evaluate beliefs and attitudes. We're expanding our vision beyond the details of what's happening in our lives to see the truth that lies beyond it. And we're reclaiming our power from false ideas or truths we may be holding.
The are a few other challenges we face inside of this chakra as well. We are learning to trust and act on our own internal direction. And, we're learning to distinguish between thoughts that are motivated by strength and those that are motivated by fear or illusion.
Our theme for 2019 is Living Our Spiritual Power. And this journey through the human energy system, the chakras, is certainly leading us deep into doing just that - living our spiritual power.
