Weekly class including asana, pranayama and meditation.
Our practice follows the principles of Viniyoga which focuses on aligning the breath with movement, bringing the body back into a natural balance.
You will need light, comfortable clothing, blankets or cushions for meditation, and a yoga mat and block if you have one. (A small number of mats and blocks are available at the venue) £6 per class or £5 per class if you book and pay for the term in advance. Cash or cheque accepted.
