Chan Meditation Class

Looking for ways to relieve your mind and body from daily stress? Dharma Master YongHua, a Chan practioner for 20 years, will teach the secret techniques of Chan Mahayana Buddhist Meditation. Please join us Saturday mornings for meditation followed by an instructional lecture, and experience the joy of meditation for yourself. All programs are donation based.
