"Welcome . . . Thank you for stopping by "Change Your Mind / Change Your Life"

Khandro Ling provides a unique environment for inquiring minds and experienced meditators. Through an open, compassionate and accepting environment all are welcome. In addition to being welcoming, core students are dedicated to study, meditation and applying the Buddha's teachings in daily life.

You will find Venerable Tenzin teaches Buddhist meditation and philosophy in clear and useful terms for beginners exploring Buddhism, adept students and vajrayana practitioners. She has a genuine, simple, direct, often humorous approach to life’s surprises and easily translates these into the Path for others.

In the tradition of the His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama, Ven. Tenzin's classes and meditations are taught from traditional texts in the Tibetan Gelupga lineage of Lama Tsongkhapa, from knowledge attained from attending teachings by the great masters: His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama, Jhado Tulku Rinpoche, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Yangsi Rinpoche, Choden Rinpoche, plus her personal Lama Geshe Damchoe, not to mention many others. She also teaches from knowledge attained through personal experience during her many retreats.

Ven. Tenzin was ordained by Jhado Tulku Rinpoche in 2011 and is the resident nun at Khandro Ling in Natomas, CA.
