Our Chan meditation class runs from 8:45 - 11:45 am every Saturday morning. This class teaches the fundamentals of Chan Buddhist meditation, as taught by Dharma Master YongHua, who has trained as a Buddhist monk in the rigorous techniques of Chan for 20 years. This is a rare opportunity to learn from a Master of Chan meditation.
Chan is more intensive than most types of meditation currently taught in the US. But if you are willing to work hard, you can experience far more dramatic benefits. If you practice daily for 2-3 months, you should see noticeable improvements:

11:00 - 11:45am: Vegetarian Lunch
Once you have learned the basics, then you can skip the beginning class and join the full one hour sit that takes place from 9-10am.
