Welcome to Charleston Fitness Group. This group is for those who want to be fit and STAY fit. My name is Rick Houston and have been on my own fitness journey of weight loss and exercise for years. I have been a personal trainer since 2009. I have hosted boot camps for the past 5 years. This group is for those who want to get in a great, challenging workout along with an occasional social "fitness" activity. Workouts will be held downtown Charleston and the West Ashley area.

Please check the fitness info before signing up for a session to make sure it suits your exercise needs. We will be tailoring workouts for the beginners, intermediate and extreme. Join us today for a great workout!!!
