Please join our group if you are interested in living a healthy lifestyle. That may mean changing routines and habits or, if you already live a healthy lifestyle, sharing the various ways you incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle. These include options including nutrition, exercise, mind - body fitness and more all leading to a lifestyle that improves our lives - mind, body and soul. Our meetings are a roundtable / discussion setting meant for sharing ideas and experiences. The atmosphere is one of caring about ourselves and others and for helping us meet the needs and desires of those wanting to improve their, and/or others, lifestyles.
