You don't have to be all raw or anything to come - all are welcome - just bring something made from fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
Please no honey/bee products, no jarred/canned items, extracts, maple syrup, soy, or grains. And if you need ideas, that's not a problem, just message me or ask on a comment here a day or more prior to the meetup. If you have a raw recipe that calls for soy sauce, tamari, nama shoyu, or Bragg's, you can use coconut aminos (Earth Fare or Whole Foods) or leave it out.
