What an awesome group of people! Welcome to a boot camp that is ever changing. We meet in different locations and use many forms of workouts. I specialize in full body workouts and functional training to include balance exercises. Depending on your fitness level we adapt the workouts to suit. For those who are more extreme we add additional workouts at the same time. Everyone does their own cardio with someone from the group or on your own based on your fitness level for 30 minutes. Can be walking, running or intervals, once you have warmed up your body then we meet back at the starting location to begin the workout. Each description of the workouts are listed on the calendar events. You MUST RSVP if you are coming to the workout. The only thing you will need is WATER, yoga mat, workout clothes and maybe a towel if you sweat like me. Any questions please feel free to send me an email.

     A little about me: Years ago I struggled with weight and was fast tracking to be severely overweight. I lost over the course of 1 year about 50 lbs  and struggled to keep it off. From 2014 - 2015 I went through a divorce and struggled to get my health on track. In December of 2015 I decided to leave ALL social media and focus only on ME. Since January 1, 2016 I have lost 35 lbs and am healthier now than I have been all my life. It has been an amazing journey and I am excited to share with others what I know about getting real results WITHOUT supplements or gimmicks.
