Join us every Monday in the FEELING room for a weekly Mindful Vinyasa flow class with Moira Duggan.
We begin with an intention to connect your mind, body and spirit through breath, warm up postures and movements. Moira will then lovingly guide you through a series of asanas, using elemental sequencing for a flowing, gentle yet invigorating practice. Ending with a cool down and blissful savasana and guided meditation, you will leave this class energized, connected and refreshed! All levels welcome.
