Swing Dance to the Alan Kaufman Swing Trio

Led by pianist/arranger/composer Alan Kaufman, The Alan Kaufman Trio is comprised of the area’s top musicians, culled from various experiences in jazz, big band, symphonic orchestra, Broadway stage, TV and Pop. The band brings back the sounds of the big-band era with the music of Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, Nat King Cole, Louis Jordan, Louie Prima and much more. Alan has performed with the likes of Luciano Pavarotti, Patti Lupone, Joe Williams, Sarah Vaughn, Clay Aiken, The Modernaires, The Tommy Dorsey Band, The Glenn Miller Orchestra, Sammy Kaye, Charlie Spivak, Myron Floren, Dixie Carter, Arturo Sandoval and others.

The doors open at 7, and admission is just $8 which includes an introductory swing dance lesson. The lesson kicks off at 7:30, and the band takes the stage at 8:30. No experience or partner necessary.
