Honor your gifts. Pursue your fears. After this 25 minute talk, you will leave reassured that what you do MATTERS. To your team. To your clients. To yourself. I have the privilege of managing a team of design rock stars that I have the pleasure of learning from every day, and we will look at failures, notes and our occasional breakthroughs. As creatives, coders, geeks and artists (whatever label you want) we are lucky to be who we are. Together we will explore how not to squander that good fortune and remain excited about what comes next. Trust me, when you are genuine, conscientious and curious you can’t go wrong.
