He’s helped organizations use design thinking to build new teams, appropriate technology, and improve business processes. Calvin has worked with well-known organizations including Hallmark, Walmart, Kiwi, AT&T, and The Federal Reserve Bank. He is currently a Digital Experience Manager for Lowe's, where he and his team are redesigning the user experience of Associate-facing software across their 1,800+ retail stores.
