Too many user input fields

Working on an app for a client the I'm out of space. Any suggestions on how to have the needed UITextFields on one screen? I already have a scrollview that pushes the screen up when the user selects the textfield at the bottom of the screen but is there a way to put fields below the screen and have users scroll up to access?

Put the textfields in a table view.

Take a look at QuickDialog in CocoaControls it's awesome for creating forms of this nature.
