West coast modeled company looking for a Sr. Developer who has experience designing, developing, testing and deploying web applications. The position offers 10% research and development time to work on your own projects and a relaxed work from home policy. Main responsibilities include constructing high quality, complex, browser-based applications using the latest JavaScript technologies and patterns.

Minimum Job Requirement:
Senior level full-stack front-end developer. The candidate will demonstrate a well-rounded deep understanding of the JavaScript technology stack. Data design and front-end architecture skills. Application architecture experience. Experience with industry standard design patterns and trends.
• Experience with JSON, RESTful web services, Knockout, Node, Jade (or other templating technologies), JQuery.
• Responsive design experience.
• Single page applications experience
• Cross-browser compatibility strategies
• Knowledge of Visual Studio 2012
• Familiar with front-end testing methodologies and emerging test technologies
• Agile software development experience required
• Knowledge of mobile devices
• Desire to understand user needs and strong appreciation of the importance of the user experience
• Experience in lean, Kanban or SCRUM development methodologies is a plus
• Preference for engineer who has developed new applications that are designed to be sold commercially
• Is a strong communicator who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
• Contributes in bettering our workplace and is willing bring fun into performing their responsibilities
• Is not afraid to fail; embraces failures as learning opportunities
• Enjoys working in autonomous teams and being held accountable to team members
• Helps others, holds themselves and others to high expectations
