Digital Marketing Data Collection and Management

The American Marketing Association of Charlotte is kicking off a series of digital marketing focused special interest groups. This next session will be an open forum on best practices marketing professionals should consider when collecting and managing marketing data:

  • What data can be collected through offline and online marketing channels
  • How to manage the data
  • Importance of a segmentation strategy

Our guest moderator will be Greg Greenawalt, a senior marketing director with over 25 years of experience with Marriott, Westin, Hilton and Renaissance Hotels and Resorts. Greg will engage this open forum with how the hospitality industry has leveraged the power of customer data to drive action.

    It was great learning how CRM is utilized to automate several functions within the marketing, customer service and sales dept of other companies. I will be using some of the tips/tricks to improve upon our CRM system.
