Charlotte Beer Babes Power Hour for JDRF!

Heya ladies!

On Wednesday, March 12, we are going to show our support for both Juvenille Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) as well as Ryan Self from Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, who so graciously started us off in style for our "Last Tuesday" series of events!

Ryan's niece, Hannah, has Type 1 Diabetes, and so he is doing a guest bartending fundraiser at Grapevine Wine Shop in Fort Mill, SC, to raise money for their team (Hannah's Hope, for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

So this is what I am challenging the Charlotte Beer Babes to do: let's flood Grapevine Wine Shop from 7-8pm in support of JDRF and Hannah's Hope, via tips to Ryan and Hannah's dad!

Grapevine is amazing and lets Guest Bartenders take the tips for the night for their worthy cause! Plus, I thought this was a great way to do a Quarter 1 Fundraiser to kick off the "Quarterly Fundraising Series"! And how better than to support the man who helped start the Last Tuesday series?! ;-)

So bring your cash, or your cards, and let's show JDRF and everyone else how it's done! Let's get as much support and tips from the Beer Babes between 7-8pm as possible!

Please Note: Event is going from 6pm-10pm, however I wanted to do an hour of "Beer Babes!" to focus our support!

I may have been bartending and a little distracted, but I thought this event (our first Quarterly Non-Profit Fundraiser ever) went spectacularly! Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and were so wonderfully willing to support a great cause!

Ladies - this is happening tomorrow night, and I will actually be a guest bartender for this event now! I look forward to seeing any of you out there who can make it! I know a few of you cannot make it due to schedules/location - and so for those who asked - here is the JDRF Page for Ryan so you can still participate if you wanted! :)

Hannah was diagnosed with Type 1 four years ago - she doesn't have JDRF. ;) Thanks so much for all your support, Bethany!
