Born and raised in West Georgia, Brian Collins displays a true southern soul with his musical presence. Humbled by his modest upbringing as the son of two truck-‐driving parents, Brian exudes passion and love in every corner of his career. Brian’s a longtime veteran of the industry and demonstrates an equivalent professionalism.
The soulful quality of his voice gives meaningful expression to songs that bend the lines of genres like country, southern rock, and soul. The depth of Brian’s songwriting and the magnitude of his perspective attest to his broad appeal and ever-‐growing fan base. His honest lyrics capture the heart of every listener. Take a cross between Tom Petty, Bob Seger, Zac Brown, and Marc Broussard—and you have a sound unlike any other—you have something unique. And uniqueness describes Brian in every sense of the word. His tone, driven by the beats of a stripped-‐down percussion kit and bass lines, offer a well-‐rounded, energetic live performance that engulfs the senses and takes audiences on a notable journey.
“The first time I saw the Brian Collins Band perform, I knew they had “it.” In every song performed, I could feel the conviction in the vocals and lyrics. Whether it was the introspection in “Redemption Road” or getting your party on in “Cocktail Cove,” they simply know how to play their hearts out and sell it. I feel like it’s a gift when you can see a band, be excited to tell people—and later say, “I knew them when...” I truly believe they’ve got the goods to deliver and can go all the way”
