For our February monthly event, we have as our special guest speaker, Bryan Maddex, who is a loan officer with Amerifirst Mortgage. Real estate investors seem to always be in need of money to finance their next project. Whether it's a bridge loan, transaction financing, hard money loan or a plain straight-forward mortgage, finding the best option and cost is VERY important to any real estate investor.

Bryan has over 20 years experience in the financial industry and Bryan uses that experience and insight to help get the best financing and loan options fr hs clients, many who are first-time homebuyers and real estate investors. Bryan works with many clients who have not been successful in getting loan approvals with other lenders. His team takes the time to educate their clients on overcomming prior obstacles to achieve success in their financing process. SIN is hosted by Jeffrey Richman. Jeffrey has been in the world of real estate investing since 1994. Starting with the buying and rehabbing of properties, he quickly moved into other areas of property investing. His specialty is Subject To and Virtual Wholesaling. He does Wholesaling and Subject To anywhere in the country as long as the numbers work. To date, he has done well over 200 transactions, which include wholesaling, assignment of contracts, Subject To (the art of buying property with little or no money), Lease / Options or Rent-To-Own (depending on the price point of the property), owner financing, pre-foreclosure, and foreclosures, short sales and more.
