Join us for November Show and Tell! Please read this description thoroughly! Bring a story, idea, thing, etc. - large or small - to share with the group. See the group description if you need ideas. Or, grace us with your presence and just come to watch!
We'll start promptly at 2pm with an orientation, and then start sharing at 2:10 (as a grace for those who might be late). Each person gets the floor for 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A, and the remainder of the time for socializing/general discussion. You can stay in your seat or go to the front while presenting, and use any kind of presentation aids you like. Simplicity is revered just as much as creativity. We generally have time for 6-7 shares.
• RSVP policy:
-Please indicate whether you want to share or not in your response to the RSVP question. For those who indicate 'yes' or similar, sharing priority is given based on date/time of RSVP (earliest first). If you arrive after 2:10, however, you will be moved to the bottom of the list.
-No show policy: 2 no shows and your future RSVPs will be automatically removed until you show up to an event.
• Meeting rules:
-Please be on time. Arrive by 1:55 and be seated by 2. Lateness means you'll miss important group info as well as other shares.
-10 minutes for share followed by 5 minutes for Q&A per person (max).
-Take questions and comments during your share.
-Show the same enthusiasm for other shares that you have for your own.
-No pets, politics, religion or otherwise heavily opinionated content (contact organizers if you're unsure).
-If your share requires participation from the audience, clarify that it is optional.
-Refrain from arguing and remain respectful.
-Business/product marketing is ok, but please refrain from asking members for money.

• Other info:
-I will be taking pictures of the group during the meeting, strictly for use on this meetup page. If you do not want to appear in pictures, please let me know. Otherwise I’ll assume it’s ok.
-Feedback, questions, assistance etc. are all welcome. You have a say in the way this group is run. Please feel free to bring these up during the meeting, or message me on meetup/leave a comment.
-This venue will have a TV with HDMI capability, so if you so desire, you can bring a computer to aid in your presentation, or send me material and use mine.
