Our Hatha Flow classes focus on alignment in fundamental poses and pranayama. This class will lay the groundwork for a well-rounded Yoga practice in standing poses, seated poses, basic backbends and introductory stages of inversions. Expect clear instructions, the use of props, and a keen focus on form. This class is for students of all levels and is appropriate for beginners. We offer several weekly Community Classes as $8 drop-ins, or regular classes packages & memberships can be applied.
